Customer Consultant, German speaking

To support our customer service department, we are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Customer Consultant to join our dynamic team in Shanghai.

 

You will become a part of a Danish company with a unique mindset in the international eyewear industry. Our customers are carefully selected opticians in more than 130 countries, and they are at the heart of our success. Supporting them with information about our products and solutions is an essential part of our daily focus.

 

You will have a central role in providing world-class customer service to these customers. You must be a native German-speaker and fluent in English. Any additional language skills are an advantage.

 

Based on your advanced language skills, your main responsibilities will include:

– customer service and product consulting via phone and e-mail

– processing and registration of orders

– following-up customer inquiries

– monitoring of various campaigns

– processing of claims

 

You are a positive and outgoing person with a high level of loyalty and responsibility. You take pride in providing outstanding customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable at multi-tasking and a committed person, open to working hours according to Germany’s time difference.

 

We provide a thorough training of our products and customer service policies, as well as Microsoft Dynamics AX, which along with the phone will be your most important work tool.

 

This position is open to applicants outside of China. However, please note that to achieve a Chinese work permit, you must have at least 1) a bachelor degree and 2) two years of relevant work experience post-graduation.
