Business Development Manager, Asia and North America

Key position with a global focus
As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for developing the Asian and North American agent network in close collaboration with our Global CCO. You will have a busy schedule and with 100+ days of travelling yearly. As Business Development Manager, you are 100% focused on developing your markets and on executing well-defined plans based on market opportunities. The overall aim is to strengthen the LINDBERG brand even more in Asia and North America.
In other words, your mission is to maintain and win market shares through sales, both geographically and assortment depth. Moreover, to represent LINDBERG at fairs, shows, design days, seminars, etc. It will be your responsibility to optimize the agent network including pinpointing and analyzing top performance.
Sales profile with an analytical sense and power
Your career so far has given you a solid international experience and strong commercial qualifications. You thrive at being in the lead and are a natural frontrunner. Through your previous jobs, you have learned how to stay focused, keep the overall overview, support and develop agents, make important decisions and last, but not least to deliver significant commercial results.
You have a relevant education within sales, international business, etc. You are professionally and analytically superior. Personally, you are independent, persistent, powerful, energetic and like to work in a fast pace. You are a team player at heart and are strongly dedicated to your field. You are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of your work. Developing businesses is your driver no. 1. You have worked with high-end brands before and have a flair for design and aesthetics, as you are always representable yourself. You have a natural interest in trends and know your international fashion ABC. Your private situation is clarified and flexible so you can live out your dream of an adventurous job including many days of travelling.
