To support our customer service department, we are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Customer Consultant to join our dynamic team in Shanghai.

You will be part of a Danish design company that holds a unique mindset in the international eyewear industry. Design and technical development is at the center of our orginastion which has lead to our signature brand of revolutionary lightweight and minimalistic glasses.

Our customers are carefully selected opticians in more than 130 countries, and they are at the heart of our success. Supporting them with information about our products and solutions is an essential part of our daily work. You will have a central role in providing world- class customer service to these customers.

Based on your advanced language skills, your main responsibilities will include:
– customer service and product consulting via phone and e-mail – processing and registration of orders
– following-up customer inquiries
– monitoring of various campaigns
– processing of claims

We expect the ideal candidate to:
– be fluent in Japanese and English. Any additional language skills are an advantage
– have a positive and outgoing person with a high level of loyalty and responsibility
– ake pride in providing outstanding customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– be comfortable at multi-tasking

We will provide you with a thorough training of our products and customer service policies, as well as Microsoft Dynamics AX, which along with the phone will be your most important work tool.

This position is open to applicants outside of China. However, please note that to achieve a Chinese work permit, you must have at least 1) a bachelor degree and 2) two years of relevant work experience post-graduation. Please account for your fulfilment of these requirements in your application.
